It contributes to clinical care by providing clear, comprehensive glucose data with minimal inconvenience. Unlike self-monitoring of blood glucose (SMBG), FlashGM produces an ambulatory glucose profile that displays key trends in hypo-, normo- and hyperglycaemia ( 5).
